Reporting a wrong result

Wrong results are the most valuable feedback we receive. When reporting one, please include:

• The classification and probability you were shown
• The model version displayed in the technical details panel
• The true origin of the track, and how you know it
• Format, bitrate, duration and any mastering or conversion applied
• The explanation codes listed under technical details

Please do not attach the audio unless we ask for it. We do not want copies of your music, and the measurements above are usually enough.

Methodology and research

Researchers who spot a flaw in the approach described on the methodology page, or who want to propose an evaluation dataset, are welcome to write. Substantive criticism gets published alongside our response on the research page.

Response times

This is a small independent project. Ordinary email is usually answered within a few working days; privacy requests are handled within the statutory period described in the privacy policy.
