How these tools work
Every analysis tool here decodes your file with the Web Audio API and runs its measurements in a background worker inside your browser. Loudness follows ITU-R BS.1770 with the EBU R128 gating rules, tempo comes from a spectral-flux onset envelope and key from a chromagram correlated against the Krumhansl-Schmuckler profiles. These are standard, documented methods, and each tool page explains where its estimate can be wrong.
The AI Music Detector is the exception: its classification runs server-side, which the detector page discloses before you opt in. We never describe a tool as private when it is not.
